IS Support Coordinator II
Full-Time
Pay Rate: $24-26/hour
Summary:
The IS Support Coordinator II is a step up from Coordinator I — this role takes on real workstream ownership and operates with significantly more independence. You won't be waiting to be told what to do next; you'll be the one keeping multiple project threads moving, keeping stakeholders informed, and catching problems before they land on someone else's desk. This role works directly across IS throughout the entire agency — and regularly utilizes and supports systems like Monday (project tracking), eHana (EHR), Microsoft Office 365. If you like having ownership over outcomes and working in an environment where the work actually matters, this is a good fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating multiple project workstreams simultaneously — timelines, milestones, and deliverables tracked in Monday
- Facilitating project meetings and owning follow-through on action items across IS and the whole agency
- Serving as a primary liaison between IS and program departments — keeping stakeholders informed without being asked
- Developing and maintaining project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder communications
- Identifying project risks and dependencies early — recommending mitigation before issues escalate
- Handling various enterprise application support requests including eHana (EHR) Check Requests, etc. within SLA guidelines
- Supporting QM/UM report cycles — gathering billing data, incident reports, patient feedback, and treatment efficacy information
- Contributing to EHR compliance audit preparation — organizing materials and ensuring readiness ahead of reviews
- Preparing and cleaning data ahead of IS application development cycles
- Contributing to continuous improvement of IS project management practices and templates
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of project coordination or related experience, including managing defined workstreams
- Comfortable working independently — you take ownership and escalate when it's truly needed, not as a default
- Experience with project management tools (Monday and/or Microsoft Planner preferred)
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing competing priorities without losing visibility
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- CAPM, PMP, or similar certification preferred — but we'll take demonstrated capability over credentials
- Familiarity with EHR workflows, HIPAA, or health IT delivery is a strong plus
Benefits:
- Generous PTO (time-off) package.
- Comprehensive health and dental insurance plans.
- Life insurance and long-term disability insurance.
- 403(b) retirement plan.
- Tuition remission for eligible classes.
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility and tuition assistance.
- Opportunities for career development and advancement.
- And much more
