Mobile Device Administrator

Salary: $52,000-$60,000
ServiceNet's IT team is seeking an experienced Mobile Device Administrator to lead and manage the agency's mobile technology program - including iPhones, iPads, Android tablets, payroll punch devices, and Zoom Room/conference room systems - while assisting with key infrastructure projects across multiple locations. We're looking for someone who is humble, smart, and driven as well as a team player with excellent communication skills, technical curiosity, and a strong commitment to service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of agency-issued mobile devices (iPhones, iPads, Android tablets, payroll punch devices, Zoom Room and conference room tablets), including setup, configuration, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.
- Oversee Intune, Apple Business Manager, and related MDM systems.
- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and manage mobile costs with Fiscal and IT.
- Audit device configurations and access controls to ensure ongoing compliance with HIPAA and internal security policies.
- Support Teams, Zoom, and Outlook integrations for mobile and conference room devices.
- Assist with broader IT infrastructure and project work as needed, including networking, systems upgrades, and site deployments.
- Train staff and maintain mobile documentation.
- Participate in cross-functional project teams and contribute to technology planning and improvement efforts.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional IT experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Intune, iOS, and Android device management.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and carry computer equipment.
