Full Time
Starting Salary: $65,000 annually
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9a-5p
Location: 
  • Headquarters: Option to be based in Northampton, Greenfield, or North Quabbin office with travel between all three

Position Summary:
ServiceNet is seeking a mission-driven and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our REACH Early Intervention team. In this leadership role, you will oversee a group of assigned clinicians, ensuring outstanding service delivery, professional growth, and adherence to program and regulatory standards. The Clinical Supervisor sets the tone for team collaboration and continuous improvement, modeling strong communication, responsiveness to change, and a shared sense of purpose.

General Responsibilities:
  • Meets weekly productivity billing targets (to be determined with Director based on caseload and assignment).
  • Supervises assigned clinicians—including onboarding, clinical supervision, and professional development.
  • Assists with coordination of intake, evaluations, and case assignment.
  • Assigns cases strategically to meet client needs and maximize productivity.
  • Identifies clinician knowledge/resource gaps and partners with Director(s) to address them.
  • Ensures timely and accurate documentation, billing, assessments, and discharges.
  • Enforces adherence to program policies and procedures.
  • Submits weekly productivity reports and monitors team performance.
  • Collaborates with Director(s) on corrective action plans when needed.
  • Completes 90-day, 6-month, and annual evaluations for assigned staff.
  • Participates in leadership meetings, trainings, and committees as assigned.
  • Assists with staff recruitment alongside Director(s).
  • Helps implement DPH, agency, and program policies and procedures.
  • Remains knowledgeable about union regulations and communicates staff concerns appropriately.
  • Ensures compliance with funding, regulatory, and agency requirements.
  • Collaborates on maintaining staffing levels that support clinical and fiscal goals.
  • Fosters a positive team culture, promoting excellence, satisfaction, and accountability.
  • Serves as a committed leader and ambassador for ServiceNet’s mission.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Early Intervention services.
  • A bachelor’s degree is required, in a field that qualifies under the Department of Public Health (DPH) criteria for one of the Early Intervention specialist disciplines required. 
  • Proficiency with Massachusetts Department of Public Health’s Early Intervention Client System (EICS).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Current TB screening (negative result).
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Complies with DPH staff health requirements.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to travel within the program’s catchment area.
