Job Summary:
ServiceNet is a dynamic and compassionate nonprofit organization committed to delivering innovative mental health, developmental, and human services across Western Massachusetts. As an Office Administrative Assistant I, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless office operations and providing a welcoming front desk experience. This position is key to maintaining effective communication, scheduling, administrative support, and assisting HR functions—all within a mission-driven and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed.
- Manage mail, packages, office supply inventory, and order necessary supplies.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and training sessions.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Monitor and manage visitor logs, security procedures, and employee sign-ins.
- Proctor MAP testing.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Assist HR with various administrative tasks.
- Perform other office duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
