A Nursing Role with Purpose, Stability, and the Time to Deliver Real Care
ServiceNet is seeking LPNs and RNs who want to practice nursing in a setting where care is personal, manageable, and truly meaningful. Our DBIS residential programs support adults with developmental disabilities or brain injuries in community homes designed for safety, stability, and dignity.
Our individual-to-nurse ratios vary by home, depending on medical complexity:
-
2:1 or 3:1 in our more clinically intensive homes
-
Up to 5:1 in our lighter-support homes
These ratios allow for slower-paced, relationship-based care while ensuring you can use your clinical skills fully and safely.
What You’ll Do
-
Champion health and well-being by monitoring individuals, coordinating care, and ensuring communication across medical providers
-
Document care thoroughly, including progress notes, daily logs, and nursing interventions
-
Ensure safe medication administration following MAP standards
-
Train and support program staff in essential care techniques and assistive equipment
-
Promote independence through ADL support and goal-oriented skill-building
-
Accompany individuals to medical appointments and community programs
-
Contribute to team operations with additional responsibilities as needed
