Position Summary:
ServiceNet is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to providing innovative mental health and human services across Western Massachusetts. We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to drive our hiring efforts, improve recruitment processes, and attract top talent for specialized roles. This role will manage daily recruitment operations, support hiring managers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience—helping ServiceNet continue its mission of delivering high-quality care and services to the community.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Recruitment Operations: Oversee hiring activities, streamline processes, and track key metrics.

Source & Build Talent Pipeline: Use innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for critical roles.

Enhance Candidate Experience: Ensure smooth communication, efficient hiring, and a positive onboarding process.

Supervise & Develop Team: Mentor team, maintain compliance, and improve team performance.

Improve Hiring Strategies: Work with leadership to optimize workflows and workforce planning.
Qualifications:

3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Team management experience required
- Strong knowledge of hiring best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment laws
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Industry experience in healthcare, non-profit, or specialized hiring
