Salary: 72,000-87,000 (Base on Experience and Licenses)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9a-5p
Position Summary:
ServiceNet’s Developmental Brain Injury Services (DBIS) team provides comprehensive clinical support to adults with developmental disabilities and/or brain injuries. Our clients receive care across various settings, including residential group homes, shared living, outreach services, and select day programs. We serve individuals with diverse developmental, mental health, and medical needs, ranging from mild to severe disabilities.
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and supporting a team of clinical specialists and clinicians. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including nurses, direct-care staff, and management—to enhance the quality of life for those we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide guidance to Clinical Specialists and Team Clinicians.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, therapists, psychiatrists, day programs, service coordinators, and families/guardians.
- Develop strong rapport with support teams and establish therapeutic relationships with individuals receiving services.
- Conduct staff training on various clinical topics and interventions.
- Contribute to program and departmental development initiatives.
- Develop, review, and update individualized treatment plans, including data collection, analysis, and documentation.
- Provide clinical supervision and crisis intervention support as needed.
- Lead case conferences and generate client progress reports when appropriate.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Vice President, Clinical Director, or designee.
Qualifications:

Master’s Degree required in psychology, social work, applied behavior analysis, or a related field.

MA Clinical License required (e.g., Psychologist, LICSW, LMHC, BCBA, etc.).

3+ years of training and/or experience in function-based behavioral assessment and treatment.

3–5 years of clinical experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Training in Positive Behavior Support (PBS), organizational strategies, and multi-tiered systems of support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
