Location: Northampton, MA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4p-12a
Pay: $18.50/hr
Position Summary:
Position within our Property department based in Northampton doing varied janitorial responsibilities for our clinics and administrative buildings. Requires a valid driver’s license and motor vehicle for transportation to various buildings.
Position Responsibilities:
- Cleaning building; sweeping, mopping, dusting.
- Vacuuming and shampooing carpets as needed.
- Emptying trash/recycling receptacles daily.
- Clean and supply restrooms.
- Maintain overall appearance of location.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED required.
- Previous janitorial or building maintenance experience, 1-2 years preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
- Physical ability to perform the requirements of the job.
- Eye for detail and a willingness to get the job done.
- Integrity and ability to work independently.
- Background screening (CORI).
