Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic

Salary Range: $48,000-50,000
We are looking for an energetic, multi-talented clinician to join the team at our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) in Northampton. This role is focused on providing treatment for people with a complex range of mental health, substance use, and medical issues. Additionally, in collaboration with colleagues and the CCBHC Director, the CCBHC Clinician provides clinical support for a multidisciplinary team including case managers, recovery coaches, peer mentors, and wellness coaches.
As an Independently Licensed Clinician, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnoses, including availability for weekly walk-in clinics
- Develop treatment plans with clients—which may include individual, group, and family therapy
- Help clients maintain their overall wellness and link them to additional services as needed
- Work closely with the rest of the CCBHC team to support, evaluate, and measure clients’ treatment goals
- Consult with outside providers
- Maintain a full-time caseload
Qualifications:
- Two years of experience working with clients experiencing chronic mental illness and substance use disorders
- Master’s degree/MSW required
- Independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC) preferred
- Familiarity with a variety of evidence-based practices
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records
