Program Assistant

Location: Prospect Meadow Farm- Hatfield, MA
Job Summary: The Program Assistant is a critical support role emphasizing data management for ServiceNet’s vocational and day service programs. This role is designed for an individual passionate about making a significant impact on the lives of people with disabilities through meticulous data entry, administrative support, and operational assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management and accurate entry of attendance and participation data for all program participants, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of data.
- Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder communication, with a keen focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Handle incoming phone calls, relay messages with attention to detail, and ensure seamless communication within the team and with external contacts.
- Support the planning and execution of vocational training, recreational activities, and community outings, aligning with strategic program objectives.
- Assist in monitoring program budgets, organizing supplies, and ensuring the effective allocation of resources.
- Promote the program’s mission within the community, assisting in fundraising and awareness initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data entry and management, with a strong aptitude for administrative tasks and office systems.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with database software.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Commitment to the principles of inclusivity, empowerment, and support for individuals with disabilities.
- Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel between program sites as necessary.
- CPR and First Aid certification or readiness to acquire certification upon hiring.
Working Conditions:
- Primarily office-based with some requirement for fieldwork in support of program activities.
- May require occasional flexibility to work evenings or weekends for special events or program needs
