Mental Health Recovery Services (MHRS)
Program Name- Lower Road
Location- Deerfield, MA
Starting $18.57-$19.53/hr
Position Summary:
Working alongside the Program Manager and Residential Clinician; assist in oversight of all activities and operations of the GLE (Group Living Environment). Participate as a member of a multi-disciplinary team promoting a model of treatment for GLE residents that is informed by the principles of person-centered planning, Contextual Rehabilitation, trauma-informed and strengths-based service provision, and the belief in, and support for, resiliency, hope and recovery.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in client, staff, and management team meetings.
- Monitor the staff schedule and schedule relief coverage as needed.
- Teach and model techniques for staff.
- Work with participants on skill development to achieve identified goals.
- Assist the House Manager with providing MAP oversight in accordance with MAP regulations.
- Assist the House Manager with providing Representative Payee services to participants in the GLE. Maintain updated Financial Assessments and Money Management Plans as assigned.
- Complete documentation, which includes, service notes, utilization reports, event reports, monthly notes on participants in the electronic health record.
- Provide on-call coverage.
- Other duties as assigned by the House Manager, Residential Clinician or Clinical Team Leader.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and supervisory/management experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
- Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills.
- MAP, PABC, and CPR / First Aid Certified preferred.
- Experience working within the Mental Health field.

- Starting $18.57-$19.53/hr— $2.00 wage differential for Medication Administration Program (MAP) certification.
