$18-$20 per hour

As a Direct Support Professional, you will be empowering individuals with brain injuries to live joyful and fulfilling lives. Key Responsibilities:

Daily Support: Help with everyday tasks like eating, dressing, personal care, and cooking.

Home Care: Keep the home cozy and clean by cooking, doing laundry, and grocery shopping.

Transportation: Drive residents to appointments and fun activities.

Goal Support: Help residents reach personal goals and be part of their journey.

Administer Medication: Give out medications once trained.

Teamwork: Work with a supportive team and stay connected to bring the best care to residents.

Qualifications:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver’s license for at least six months and a good driving record.
- Basic computer skills (we can teach you if needed).
- Physical ability to help residents and keep them safe.

Compensation Pay Range Requirements:
- Base $18/hr + $2/hr Medical Administration Program (MAP) certification differential
