Facilities Maintenance

Fulltime Position.
Monday-Friday. $19-$27/hr.

Position Summary: ServiceNet a large non-profit, human services agency is seeking entry level maintenance staff to experienced licensed contractors to join our Facilities Department. These positions will include a broad range of tasks based on skills and experience to help maintain/renovate an impressive list of residential homes and commercial properties.

Position Responsibilities:
· Varied construction and repair work at residential and commercial office properties including carpentry, minor plumbing, painting and electrical.
· Property maintenance and snow removal as needed.
· Emergency on-call nights and weekends on rotating schedule.
· Any other job-related task assigned by the Facilities Supervisor.
· Hours may vary due to projects.

Qualifications:
· High School Diploma / GED required.
· Certifications and/or experience preferred.
· Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
· Must be able to lift 50-100 pounds.
