TITLE: Clinical Program Director
DIVISION: PREP Program
Salary: $72,000-$82,000 depending on experience
Position Summary
PREP provides thorough assessment, consultation, education and treatment of psychosis for young adults aged 16-30. The position oversees an outpatient program with includes individual, milieu, group, family and outreach treatment. The Director provides clinical supervision and direction, team building, support and guidance to staff, as well as administrative, clinical and operational oversight. There is a community outreach and educational component, as well as oversight of research projects associated with first episode psychosis.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conducting assessment, consultation, education, and treatment of psychosis for young adults.
- Research and community collaboration
- Provide clinical supervision
- Provide support and guidance to staff
- Mange the operational needs of the program
- Oversite of research projects
Position Qualifications
- Clinical Master’s Degree
- Massachusetts independent clinical license (LICSW, LMHC)
- Minimum of 3 years working with population
- Minimum of 3 years providing supervision and program management
- Vehicle, valid driver's license and MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
- CPR & First Aid
