Position Summary:
Works collaboratively with the Program Director to operate/manage the program. Together, we provide our guests with the time and support they need to get their lives back on track and make a successful transition into permanent housing.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify clients' strengths and needs to ensure compliance with the DHCD monthly Re-housing Plan.
  • The daily affairs and welfare of the clients. 
  • Participate in client, staff, and management team meetings.
  • Collaborate in program planning and budget preparation.
  • Monitor the staff schedule and schedule relief coverage as needed.
  • Communicate with residents' network of services.
  • Attend regular consultation meetings with the Program Director.
  • Write log notes, progress notes, and other documentation as required.
  • Counsel, train, and supervise staff during each scheduled shift.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to crisis via the 24-hour rotating on call system.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Program Director.

Qualifications: 
  • Bilingual (Haitian Creole / French / Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply!
  • Bachelor's Degree and Management experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience working with people living on a low income, or who are affected by mental health issues and/or addiction.
  • Proficiency across the following skills: verbal and written communication, collaboration, organization, and use of computer and technology.
