Position Summary:
ServiceNet is seeking an Independently Licensed Clinician to work as part of our Outpatient Clinic CCBHC (Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic). In this position, you will be responsible for providing outpatient therapy to individuals with mental health and/or substance use diagnoses. The position requires providing Open Access availability for clients seeking same-day appointments for therapy and medication services assessments.
This position requires a clinician who has strong assessment skills, flexibility, and who can work collaboratively with a team of other professionals to ensure quick and easy access for treatment to clients from the community.

Job Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive assessments and diagnoses in a thorough and timely manner.
- Responsible for seeing clients during our Open Access hours.
- Providing ongoing therapy for a caseload of clients to address mental health and/or substance use issues through evidence-based practices.
- Working closely with the CCBHC team to provide integrated care.
- Assessing risk and the ability to work with staff to ensure that clients receive the services they need to address the risk.
- Documentation of clinical work in a timely manner using our EHR.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, or related discipline.
- Independent Licensure in Massachusetts.
- Previous clinical experience working with clients experiencing chronic mental health and/or substance use disorders.
- Excellent writing and communication skills and the ability to quickly assess client’s needs.
