Position Summary:
Seeking a full-time, Masters-level, licensed clinician to join a dynamic clinical team. Our team provides clinical support to adults with developmental disabilities and/or brain injuries and to their care and support teams across a variety of settings including residential group homes, shared living, outreach, and some day programing. We serve a population with a wide range of developmental, mental health, and medical needs who range from mildly to severely disabled. We work cohesively with our nursing and administrative teams to be able to provide well-rounded supports to enhance and maximize the quality of our individuals lives. Work Schedule:
- Flexible hours within 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
- Position requires regular travel to residential programs.
- Position is based in W. Springfield with remote work option.

Salary:
- 58,000 – 65,000 depending on experience.
- $1,000 additional per year of experience.

Minimum Position Requirements:
- MUST BE A LICENSED CLINICIAN
- Must have a graduate degree from an accredited program in psychology, counseling, clinical social work, applied behavior analysis, or special education.
- Must have training in function based behavioral assessment and treatment.
- Must have at least three years of experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or brain injury.
- Must have knowledge of services for people with developmental and intellectual disabilities and/or brain injury, including employment, residential, outpatient, and other community supports.
- Must have experience with providing services as a part of a interdisciplinary team.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must have proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

General Responsibilities:
- Coordinate clinical interventions with staff, managers, therapists, psychiatrists, day program, service coordinators, families/guardians etc.
- Collaborate with our internal care teams that include nurses, direct-care staff, management.
- Develop rapport with support teams and therapeutic relationships with the people receiving supports.
- Train residential staff on a variety of clinical topics and interventions.
- Contribute/facilitate/lead program and department development.
- Collect and analyze data.
- Write behavior or other treatment plans and guide proper implementation.
- Review shift notes and other documentation.
- Crisis management assistance.
- Be part of our dynamic clinical team.
