Position Summary:
ServiceNet is seeking a Program Director to lead our Pittsfield Outpatient Clinic. This is one of our five busy outpatient mental health clinics serving adults, children, and families in the community. We are looking to hire someone who is enthusiastic and energetic, forward thinking, and has the skills to build a solid team of committed clinicians who will help to shape the clinic as a center for quality care in the community. This position is responsible for the management, administration and day-to-day clinical operations.

Position Responsibilities:
- Clinical and administrative supervision of the clinic staff at the site.
- Availability to consult and provide supervision regarding cases, emergencies, referrals and transfers of clinical cases.
- Recruiting / Sourcing qualified clinicians to build the site.
- Maintaining a caseload of clients as determined by the Director of Outpatient Services.
- Participation in clinic and management meetings.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Outpatient Services.

Position Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, and experience providing treatment to adults, children, and families.
- Independently Licensed mental health clinician (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, PhD) with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Expertise in substance use preferred.
- Knowledge of EHR and proficiency in computers, writing, and communication.
