Position Summary:
Works collaboratively with the Program Director to operate/manage the motel. Together, we provide our guests with the time and support they need to get their lives back on track and make a successful transition into permanent housing.

Works collaboratively with the Program Director to operate/manage the motel. Together, we provide our guests with the time and support they need to get their lives back on track and make a successful transition into permanent housing.

Responsibilities:
- Identify clients' strengths and needs to ensure compliance with the DHCD monthly Re-housing Plan.
- The daily affairs and welfare of the clients.
- Participate in client, staff, and management team meetings.
- Collaborate in program planning and budget preparation.
- Monitor the staff schedule and schedule relief coverage as needed.
- Communicate with residents' network of services.
- Attend regular consultation meetings with the Program Director.
- Write log notes, progress notes, and other documentation as required.
- Counsel, train, and supervise staff during each scheduled shift.
- Respond quickly and effectively to crisis via the 24-hour rotating on call system.
- Other duties as assigned by the Program Director.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Haitian Creole, Spanish, French, and/or Portuguese) candidates encouraged to apply!
- Bachelor's Degree and Management experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working with people living on a low income, or who are affected by mental health issues and/or addiction.
- Proficiency across the following skills: verbal and written communication, collaboration, organization, and use of computer and technology.
